Life can be challenging. Our program is designed to reduce stress and teach new ways of coping with problems without judgment. We provide counseling services to clients with a variety of mental health issues.

Our team is lead by Kelly Brast, MA, LPC-S, LSOTP, CART. She is the owner and lead therapist with a master's degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. She has over 30 years experience working in the mental health field and has worked in many facets to include residential treatment centers, state hospitals, state schools, MHMR authorities, private schools, and private practices. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy to facilitate the growth and development of each client. She has dedicated her life to the betterment of all people and is a cancer survivor who understands how easily life can change.
